White Tea with Acai Berry
If you have been reading the other articles, you have already seen what it is that these two supplements can do working together. They are what we call a perfect fat burner, and it all makes sense once you break it down. But, what exactly is acai berry, and what would it do on it’s own.
Acai Berry is a berry that is found in the Amazon Rain Forest of Brazil. It is a dark purple color, and just a little smaller than a grape. It has actually been a staple food in the diets of the locals for hundreds of years, but was not found by us until just a couple years ago. The berry grows very high up on the leaves of palm trees, and can only be harvested twice a year. Once the berry is harvested, it must be immediately used or frozen and shipped because the nutrients are no longer good within 48 hours!
Acai berry is so good because it is loaded with antioxidants and polyphenols. These two chemicals are responsible for fat burning, cleansing the body, and anti-aging. You won’t find any other food with a higher antioxidant content then acai berry.
